Terms & Conditions
The terms under which we provide our services across the Costa del Sol.

1. Services
ASAP HeatPumps provides installation, maintenance, and repair of pool heating systems, pool covers, and air conditioning units across the Costa del Sol. All work is carried out by qualified engineers.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on information available at the time. Final pricing may vary following an on-site assessment. We will always confirm pricing before proceeding with any work.
3. ASAP Care Plan Membership
The ASAP Care Plan is a monthly membership providing priority access to our services. The following terms apply to Care Plan members:
- No call-out fees. Members are never charged a call-out fee. Standard call-out charges are waived for all membership tiers.
- Priority emergency response. In the event of an urgent issue, a member of the ASAP team will attend the property within a few hours to assess the situation. The purpose of this visit is assessment and diagnosis, not necessarily same-day repair. If the work required is straightforward and parts are available, we will endeavour to resolve it immediately. For more complex work, we will schedule a follow-up appointment and give the member a confirmed date as quickly as possible.
- Scheduled maintenance. Annual service visits are included and will be arranged in advance at a mutually convenient time.
- Membership benefits. Discounts, priority booking, and other benefits are as described on the Care Plan page and are subject to the membership tier selected.
Membership is billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for partial months.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment. Late cancellations may incur a charge equivalent to the call-out fee (non-members only).
5. Warranties
All installations are covered by the manufacturer warranty of the equipment installed, plus a 12-month workmanship guarantee on labour. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or events outside our control.
6. Liability
ASAP HeatPumps carries full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a service failure.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga.
